Some fish go for big money, do research on what sells high on your server and find the best spots to fish them, and combine that with your cooking skill and you will find an hours fishing can soon net you a packet.

3. Daily Quests – For Northrend daily quests you will make around 13 gold for every completed quest…you can do up to 25 a day and they are pretty easy to do. I generally select seven or 8 in a small area that are quick to travel from one to the other, or where I can complete more than 1 quest at a time. 8 of these adds up to 100g + per day and you willgain reputation with different factions too which can lead to more rewards.

4. Transmutes – For Alchemists the transmutes you learn for completing the alchemy quest in Dalaran will net you around 130-150g per transmute. You can only do one a day…but it takes just a couple of minutes and if you do this for a week you will clear a cool 1000 gold.

5. Auctions – You can make plenty of gold on World Of Warcraft without ever leaving the Auction House. It`s like an in game eBay. Get yourself an add on like Auctioneer and put it to work…simply buy items low and sell them at a profit. You will be astonished how many times items get listed at bargain prices, grab them and resell for easy profit.

I can never realize why people go around asking to ‘borrow’ gold or simply begging for it, when you can simply spend a bit of time applying yourself and make your own gold quickly. Give it a go.
